I am a native of Georgia, but have been given the privilege of living in seven different states and one foreign country. My passion is exploring the history and cultures that make up our world. I have been teaching Elementary School for ten years. Third grade is such a joy to teach because we work together to help the students make the big transition from “Learning to Read to Reading to Learn”. I am the Green Team sponsor here at OSR, and love helping our students become proactive in taking care of our environment. I have been married for over 25 years and have two grown children. My family and I love to spend time outdoors hiking and fishing. We also love traveling and going on mission trips.
